Customer Life Cycle

DEFINITION

The customer's life cycle, i.e. the stages through which a consumer's relationship with the company passes according to his or her purchasing behaviour. The classification of the steps is variable according to the models, but typically includes all the steps from the moment the customer is considered new, to the loyalty or possible loss of the customer.
